Yes; As mentioned in the previous question, every fabric Posh Textiles introduces goes through a thorough evaluation process, and this includes testing the fabric for the category they were made for. 

Yes; We treat fabrics for specific end uses.  Some of the most popular finishes are for:Upholstery, Headboard, Senior Living, Restaurant, and drapery.Prices range from about $2 to $5 depending on the end-use.Please email us at [email protected] to inquire about the full range of finishing treatments available.

Yes; You can order 6x8 memo samples for all our patterns from our website. Feel free to order through our website or email the request to [email protected].

Yes; We ship all samples for free using ground delivery.

Yes; For Cut Yardage, the minimum is 1 yard.

Yes; You must create either a Credit Card payment account or a Purchase Order payment account depending on your desired payment method.

No; Posh Textiles will not accept credit card information over the phone as it violates our security policy. If you intend to make purchases with custom finishes, or have a tax exemption certificate to fill out with us, we strongly recommend making a Purchase Order payment account.

Yes; You must apply for a credit account with us, as well as have a Posh Textiles Customer Number, to make an order with us. If you have any questions on how to apply for a credit account, feel free to contact us.

On the top left of the website, click on the "User Icon" which takes you to a page where click on "Create Account" on the left side of the website. Where You'll be asked for your name, email address, business name, phone number, and address.

Enquiry Form When applying for a credit account, please email us a copy of the tax exempt certificate. These certificates will be registered to your account. If your account is already made but you did not include a tax exemption certificate that you wish to add, please call us.

Refunds for credit card orders with verification of tax exemption take 3-5 business days. Please contact us and provide your order number as well as any tax exemption certificates you may have. We'll work with you to get the tax value refunded.

Click "User Icon" icon in the top left corner of the website. Click on “Forgot Password". You'll be asked to provide your email address, after which you'll receive instructions for resetting your password.

You will receive emails from us informing you of the status of your order regularly. Click the "My Account" tab in the top left hand menu of the Posh Textiles website to discover the most up-to-date status. After logging in, you'll get a list of your current orders, which will include the status of each one.

Yes; Posh Textiles ships worldwide.

If you have any intention of creating a special or custom order, please contact us so we can assist you.  We can produce a variety of fabrics at our mill.

Please let us know as soon as possible if you plan on changing or canceling your order, as it will help both you and us with finding the most feasible solution. If your order has already been cut, then it can’t be changed or canceled. If an order does qualify for a cancellation, it may be subject to a 35% restocking fee.

Posh Textiles is committed to fulfilling all orders correctly and properly. However, nothing is perfect and problems will arise every now and then. All orders can be returned if any of the fabric is damaged, defective, or incorrectly given. Contact us within 10 days of receipt of the fabric and we will make sure to correct your order.

We do not collect sales tax as our product is a raw material that needs to be constructed for end-use.

Yes; However, all tariffs and duties are already included in the per yard price.

Posh Textiles has taken steps to ensure that the information you provide us is safe and secure. Your username and password are saved on a secure server that is regularly reviewed by a third-party security firm. Posh Textiles does not retain your credit card information on its website, and all transactions are conducted over a secure Internet connection protected by SSL (Secure Sockets Layer) encryption technology.
